Perfection Construction is a locally owned company.  Joseph Nichols, Owner, has lived on the Monterey Peninsula for many years.

Joseph’s grandfather built the family home where his mother grew up in Carmel Valley. Joseph also helped his grandfather build his mother’s restaurant. He was taught that there was only one way to do anything – and that was the right way, no short cuts!  Joe’s drawing, love of the outdoors and spending time with his grandfather made the decision easy – he wanted to be a builder.  After years of apprenticship under other contractors he decided to get his license.
